About This Program

Over several years our fitness facility has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving fitness studio specialising in personalised programs for women who need that extra bit of help or motivation in getting their health and fitness back on track.

Our programs are specifically designed to help women during pregnancy and for those returning to fitness for all kinds of reasons such as post partum, after injury, cancer treatments, medical conditions or surgery; as well as those experiencing bone density issues or menopause. If you’ve lost confidence in your fitness and don’t know where to begin, we’re here to help.

We love to see people improve their fitness, find their confidence and renew their zest for life.

Getting started is easy – simply book your introductory session today.

Step 2:

We’ll listen while you tell us what you’ve been through, assess your current abilities, and discuss your goals. We’ll develop a personalised program to suit your individual needs.

Step 3:

We’ll guide you through the program to help you reach the level of fitness where you feel comfortable and ready to join our small group class environment.
