High intensity training includes high intensity interval training (HIIT), AMRAP (as many reps as possible), timed programs and circuit training. During these sessions your trainer will guide you through a series of exercises consisting of intense activities alternating with low intensity exercises or short rest periods. This type of training is extremely efficient and effective for muscle sculpting, toning and weight loss.
