Injury Rehabilitation Programs

Returning to work, sport or life after injury or pain can be a daunting prospect. Some people experience a real and debilitating fear of re-injury, whereas others return to activities before they’re truly ready.

Whether you’re afraid, over eager or anywhere in between, you can trust our highly skilled and experienced team to help you through the entire rehabilitation process. Soon you’ll be doing what you love to do the most – whether it’s athletics, sport, running, gardening, bushwalking or playing with the grandkids. Active people will be relieved to know that this can often be achieved without you having to rest completely.

Our Process

We follow a simple but thorough and effective process to evaluate your readiness to return to fitness. We’ll guide you back to being strong and resilient for life.
