If you’re looking to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body, these classes are for you! Work out in a friendly small class environment with all the support you need to work within your capabilities and achieve great results.
We take a considered and measured approach to your strength and fitness progression with classes carefully programmed to ensure you see results over time. These classes incorporate dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, barbells and your own body weight to help you improve strength, power and generate hypertrophy or muscle sculpting. All exercises can be modified or scaled to suit individual fitness capabilities.
