About April Managing Director
Our managing director April over sees the onboarding process, provides ongoing support and mentoring to her staff and clients to ensure they are up to date on the latest developments in health, fitness and wellness. Her staff are always equipped with everything they need to deliver exceptional classes and programs that help our clients live their best lives.
April’s unique skill set, which includes physiotherapy, clinical pilates, weightlifting, CrossFit and fitness, combined with more than 20 years experience, has earned her a reputation as one of the most sought-after physios and trainers in the business.

Amanda Rappazzol
Physiotherapist / Crossfit Level 1 / Pilates Instructor
Originally from Canada, Amanda has a Bachelor’s of Physical Health and Education and a Masters of Physiotherapy. Amanda has had experience with clients of all ages and abilities and is more than ready to help heal you and get you moving again! Using movement to help people maintain health and function is what Amanda loves to do. Don’t limit the activities you love from niggles or pain – Amanda will find a way to keep you moving pain free.
Amanda is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She is also a Certified Level 1 Functional Movement Screen(FMS) Practitioner. Amanda’s average clients are active people who do not want to be limited in what they love to do by niggles and movement restrictions.

Kim brings years of personal training experience to the studio and a dedicated approach to helping her clients improve their lifestyle habits and functionality. She has a wealth of experience working with older population groups and is amazing at providing a fun and challenging fitness experience tailored to your level of capacity. She also has a wealth of experience in classroom management and teaching.
Kim loves dogs, books, a glass of wine with friends and living a healthy lifestyle.

Emma Ellison
Emma brings an enormous amount of skill and experience to her coaching and instruction with her back ground in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, CrossFit and Rugby. She has gained years of experience in teaching exercise to people from all backgrounds, ages and capacities. She loves helping people achieve results and makes it fun while doing so. You’ll find Emma anywhere that’s social with a big smile ready to go.
