Our stretch and mobility classes are ideal for people who spend a lot of time sitting or standing in one place all day, as well as those recovering from injury, and those who want to be more active and improve their vitality. These classes combine elements of stretch, trigger point work, exercises on a roller and stability to improve body functionality, so you can bend over and straighten your back again without undue pain or fatigue. With improved mobility, you’ll be able to regain your enjoyment of life and reduce the risk of injury while alleviating aches and pains.
