Great for overall body conditioning, general fitness and strength, our classes are designed to help improve overall well-being in a fun and friendly class environment. Classes are challenging, but exercises can be appropriately scaled and modified to suit individual fitness levels and capabilities.
A variety of exercise classes to give individuals a new experience that challenges their fitness and strength. Classes may integrate matwork pilates, exercises using bands and balls, yoga style stretching and other forms of activities.
High intensity training includes HIIT, AMRAP, timed programs and circuit classes. These sessions alternate between bursts of intense activity followed by low intensity exercise or short rest periods. These classes are extremely efficient and effective for weight loss, as they keep your body in fat-burning mode for up to 24 hours post-workout.
